Delete Account & Data

We respect your right to data privacy. Follow this transparent guide to delete your Rush Box account and permanently purge your cloud game data with a 10-day cancellation safety window.

⚠️ 10-Day Account Deletion & Permanent Purge Notice

Submitting an account deletion request schedules your database profile and cloud records for permanent erasure. You will enter a 10-day grace period during which you can cancel at any time.

What will be permanently wiped after 10 days:

  • All game level progress, high scores, personal bests & 3-star ratings across all games.
  • All global RB Points wallet balance & transactional ledger activity records.
  • All in-game coins, power-up inventory, and unlocked cosmetic themes/blade effects.
  • Global Gamer Level (1–100), cumulative XP points, and profile authentication credentials (email/hashed passwords/Pi UID).

How to Request Account Deletion (Step-by-Step)

Open Rush Box App or Web Game Portal

Launch the Rush Box mobile app on your Android device or visit the web portal at https://rushbox.in (or in Pi Browser via pi.rushbox.in).

Log In to Your Account

Ensure you are logged in using your registered Email & Password or via Pi Network Auth. (If you are playing in Guest mode, see the Guest section below).

Open Settings → Account Profile

Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon located on the top right of the Rush Box Game Library, then open your Account Profile section.

Select "Delete Account & Data"

Scroll down to the bottom of the account screen and click on "Delete Account & Data" (or navigate directly to rushbox.in/account/delete-request).

Select Reason & Confirm

Choose a reason for deletion (e.g. Taking a break, Privacy concerns, Starting fresh, Bugs/Issues), check the confirmation checkbox, and click the red button: REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION (10-DAY GRACE).

Active 10-Day Grace Period Countdown

Your deletion is scheduled! A live countdown banner showing 10 DAYS REMAINING will be visible in your account.

🎉 Changed your mind? Cancel anytime within 10 days!

If you decide to keep your account during the 10-day window, simply log in, go to the Delete Account screen, and click "CANCEL DELETION REQUEST" → "YES, KEEP MY ACCOUNT". Your account and points will remain 100% safe!

Alternative Deletion Options

✉️ Manual Email Deletion Request If you cannot access your device or web app, email our privacy team at contact@rushbox.in or contact@connectpi.in with your registered username. Requests are processed within 30 days.
🎮 Guest Mode Players (Local Data Reset) If you never created an account and only played as a Guest, zero personal data is stored on our servers. You can reset all local progress anytime by going to Settings → "Reset All Game Progress" or clearing your browser storage.
